Located on the 3rd floor overlooking the Art Institute of Chicago, the Tenant Lounge provides a tenants-only space to work outside the office, meet with colleagues for lunch or escape for a momentary break. The lounge also plays host to tenant events, like lunch & learns and happy hours, and is also available for tenants to rent for private occasions.
Fully modernized fitness center and locker room facilities are available to all tenants to workout on their own schedule. We also provide complimentary, weekly yoga and meditation classes with Cat Aldana from Eat Stretch Nap, to help our tenants re-focus and re-charge during their busy week.
You'll find a Starbucks and Potbelly on the first floor, and a number of storied neighborhood restaurants, from grab & go to white table cloth, allowing for a multitude of options when it comes to finding breakfast, lunch, or a caffeine boost to keep you productive throughout the day.
We've partnered with Building Social to provide a rotating schedule of premium events and services, helping improve the community and social connectivity between tenants in our building.
